Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of hk2025 Platform
Welcome to hk2025. By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any services provided by hk2025 (the "Platform"), you ("User," "You," "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and hk2025 (the "Company," "We," "Us," "Our").
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revisions were made. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notice on the Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use hk2025. Online gambling is restricted to adults in Indonesia, and we strictly enforce this age requirement through our KYC verification process.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet these requirements.
To create an account with hk2025, you must complete the online registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. You must provide your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.
All Users are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. The verification process requires you to upload clear, legible copies of the following documents:
KYC verification typically takes between one (1) and twenty-four (24) hours during Western Indonesia Time (WIB) business hours. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if deemed necessary for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. You agree to notify hk2025 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. hk2025 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
You must use a strong, unique password containing a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) when available for enhanced account security.
hk2025 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking and payment methods:
All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status and loyalty tier.
Deposits made via bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00 - 21:00 WIB Monday through Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 WIB Saturday) are usually processed instantly within five (5) minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on public holidays may take up to twenty-four (24) hours to process. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed instantly regardless of the time or day.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to reject deposits from unverified sources and to request documentation proving the source of your funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to your hk2025 Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, have a Real Money Balance available for withdrawal, and have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name that matches the name on your KYC documents. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000, and the maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. Silver tier members may experience priority processing within twelve (12) hours, and Gold tier VIP members receive express processing within twelve (12) hours. Withdrawal processing time refers to the time taken by hk2025 to approve and initiate the transfer. Actual receipt of funds in your bank account or e-wallet may take an additional one (1) to three (3) business days depending on your financial institution's processing time.
We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or irregular withdrawal patterns. Such checks may include requesting additional identity verification, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation. During the verification process, your withdrawal may be temporarily delayed. We will communicate with you via email if additional information is required.
You may cancel a pending withdrawal request before it has been approved and processed by hk2025. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your financial institution, it cannot be cancelled. Repeatedly requesting and cancelling withdrawals may result in delays to future withdrawal processing as additional security checks may be applied.
hk2025 may offer various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional material. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements). A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it can be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused through coordinated play, bonus arbitrage, or any other form of systematic exploitation. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them if we determine that bonus terms have been breached or the bonus has been abused.
If you request a withdrawal while a bonus and its associated wagering requirement are still active, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited, and only your Real Money Balance will be eligible for withdrawal. Bonuses that are not used within their specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account.
All games and betting activities offered on the hk2025 Platform are governed by their specific rules, which are available within each game or betting market. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules before participating. In the event of a discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail.
hk2025 is committed to providing fair gaming to all players. All slot games, casino games, and random-number-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing agencies. RNG ensures that game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the player or the operator.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and available for review. RTP represents the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game will pay back to players over an extended period of time. Actual results may vary in the short term due to variance and randomness.
For sports betting, including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), badminton, basketball, and other sports, specific betting rules and market-specific rules apply. All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled event, specific settlement rules will apply as stated in our Sports Betting Rules document.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or incorrect odds display, all affected bets and game rounds may be void at the sole discretion of hk2025. We reserve the right to correct any errors in bet settlement, game payouts, or account balances. If an incorrect credit is applied to your account due to a system error, you must notify us immediately and the incorrect amount will be deducted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk2025 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems and regularly monitor account activity for suspicious patterns. Any suspected prohibited activity will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hk2025 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use of the service. The total liability of hk2025 to you for any claims arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to place bets, deposit, or withdraw until the investigation is concluded. If your account is terminated due to breach of terms or fraudulent activity, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts closed voluntarily can be reopened by contacting customer support, subject to verification and our approval.
If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent). During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws applicable to online gambling operations serving the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and hk2025.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree that any claim or dispute against hk2025 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which time such claim shall be forever barred.
